Welcome House

The Welcome House KS project includes the planning and design of a transitional housing facility with private residential rooms, shared support spaces, and on-site program areas. The layout is organized to clearly separate residential, administrative, and service functions while maintaining efficient staff oversight and secure access control. Amenities include shared kitchens, dining and community areas, laundry facilities, offices, and support spaces, all designed with durable materials and low-maintenance finishes suited for high-use residential environments. Building systems, life safety requirements, and accessibility standards were carefully integrated to support safe, functional, and adaptable long-term operations.
