The CDD House project supports the Center for Developmentally Disabled’s mission of providing safe, accessible, and community-integrated housing for adults with developmental disabilities. h|d Architecture designed a welcoming residential environment that balances the comforts of home with the functional needs of long-term supportive living. Through thoughtful planning, universal design principles, and durable, low-maintenance materials, the project promotes resident independence, safety, and dignity while supporting caregivers in delivering high-quality care.
