PERFORMANCE CONTRACTING GROUP

The design for Performance Contracting Group’s corporate facility focused on transforming an existing 60,000-square-foot, two-story building into a dynamic environment that supports training, education, and collaboration. The project reimagined the interior program to balance large-scale gathering spaces with flexible learning and work environments.

A central design element of the renovation is a large auditorium, conceived as a multifunctional space for company-wide training and events. Accommodating this feature required a significant structural intervention, including the removal of an existing structural column and the integration of new framing systems to maintain building performance and safety.

To strengthen connectivity across the campus, the design introduced a skybridge linking the renovated training environment to an adjacent office building. This elevated connection enhances circulation, improves accessibility between departments, and reinforces a cohesive campus identity.

Throughout the project, design decisions emphasized clarity of movement, structural expression, and adaptability, resulting in a modernized facility that supports PCG’s operational needs while creating an engaging, future-ready workplace.
