PERFORMANCE CONTRACTING GROUP
Located in Lenexa, Kansas, this 60,000-square-foot renovation reimagines an existing two-story facility for Performance Contracting Group as a flexible, high-performing workplace. Designed to support training, collaboration, and daily operations, the space brings together large gathering areas and adaptable environments to meet the needs of a growing and evolving team.
THE story

Purposeful Transformation
Rather than starting from the ground up, the project leverages the existing structure—reworking the interior program to unlock new potential. The design balances large-scale gathering areas with flexible work and learning environments, creating a facility that adapts to a variety of uses while maintaining efficiency.
Bridging People and Place
A new skybridge links the renovated training facility to an adjacent office building, strengthening connectivity across the campus. This elevated connection improves circulation, enhances accessibility between departments, and reinforces a unified identity for PCG’s workplace environment.
Modernized Workplace Experience
The result is a modernized, high-performance facility that supports PCG’s mission while enhancing the daily experience of its users. By combining adaptability, connectivity, and structural innovation, the project delivers a workplace designed for today—and ready for tomorrow.
