60,000 SF | Two-Story

Due to a long-standing relationship, we were given the opportunity to design an extensive renovation for Performance Contracting Group, a Fortune 500 company whose corporate headquarters is located in Lenexa, Kansas.

The inspiration of the program for the existing 60,000 square foot, 2-story building was to create an environment that was engaging for both training and education. This included a large auditorium that required removing an existing structural column and adding a sky bridge to connect the new environment with their adjacent office building.
