The 2026 FashionAbility Gala in Kansas City was a powerful evening celebrating inclusion, confidence, and community impact. Hosted by Inclusion Connections, the event brings together local leaders, advocates, and supporters to champion opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

We’re proud to share that h|d Architecture Principal Greg Highbarger took the stage as a Top Model contestant, helping raise awareness and support for a cause that truly embodies community collaboration. It was an inspiring night that blended purpose with personality — proving that leadership looks good on and off the runway.
