THE story

Infrastructure Renewal
Originally constructed in the early 1970s, the Tower 2 facility required significant updates to support modern healthcare delivery. The renovation addressed aging infrastructure and outdated systems—bringing the building up to current standards while improving overall performance and longevity.
Phased Renovation Approach
The project encompassed the phased renovation of four floors within the active patient tower, allowing operations to continue with minimal disruption. Strategic planning and coordination ensured upgrades were implemented efficiently while maintaining a safe and functional environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
Standardization & Patient Experience
Design solutions focused on creating consistent, cohesive environments across all renovated floors. By replacing dated, inconsistent interiors with standardized finishes and layouts, the project enhances patient satisfaction, supports staff efficiency, and delivers a more welcoming, patient-centered experience.
Proven Performance
Recognized with the 2025 ASHE Vista Award, the Tower 2 renovation demonstrates the impact of thoughtful, cost-conscious design in transforming existing healthcare environments. The project reflects a commitment to delivering measurable value while elevating both performance and experience.
