Constructed in the early 1970’s, this building’s infrastructure was long past its life expectancy. Interior finishes were drab, tired and inconsistent which can lead to negative environment satisfaction surveys. The project encompassed renovating four floors in the original patient tower. The phased upgrades and enhancements addressed each need with cost conscious solutions to maximize value. Design emphasis on standardization and consistency promoted positive patient, staff and visitor experiences.
